This course is for those individuals with five or more years' experience, focusing on modeling, measurement and correction. We recommended that attendee’s participate in this course or Advanced Vibration Control (AVC) in addition to Advanced Vibration Analysis (AVA). All Vibration Institute instructors are Category IV certified and experienced vibration analysts. Course Instructors are subject to change without prior notification.

Rotor Dynamics(RD)

Modeling, Measurement, and Correction

Participants in the Rotor Dynamics (RD) training course are provided class notes, a workbook containing problems and exercises, and ShaftVibA Computer program (participants will receive a copy of the software for their own use following training). Workshops are scheduled to illustrate theory and applications.

This course provides preparation for solving vibration problems.  It is recommended that attendee’s participate in this course or Advanced Vibration Control (AVC) in addition to Advanced Vibration Analysis (AVA) as partial preparation for the certification examination for Vibration Analyst Category IV.
