Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Vibration Institute.  As a member, you join more than 2,300 technical professionals working in industry, academic institutions and government throughout the United States, Canada and internationally who are dedicated to sharing “best practices” and information associated with evaluating machinery behavior and condition. The chapters have been the backbone of the Institute since the early 1980s and remain vibrant and important partners.

This is an exciting time for the Institute. In addition to maintaining the outstanding technical knowledge and quality that our members have come to expect, we are harnessing technology to better provide our members with information, tools and knowledge that they need to enhance their work and careers.  Some exciting upcoming developments will include:

• Virtual Chapters, which are live webinars four times per year with a Board Member providing the technical presentations. These webinars also will be available electronically for download.
• Electronic availability of selected documents from the Institute archives for members, Chapters, International Representatives and CorporateSponsors.
• New developments in both Training and Certification.
• The addition of University Chapters.
