Exhibitor Overview and Schedule:
Exhibit booth space in the Dogwood Room, Garden Room and Foyer is available on a first-come, first served basis (see floor plan). We have deliberately scheduled unopposed time during the Conference, and strongly encourage all attendees to visit the Exhibit Hall. Additionally all food and beverage, luncheons, receptions and breaks are placed in the exhibit Hall. All exhibitors will:

Have the opportunity to set-up their booths/tables on June 19 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Have their booth space completely set-up by 3:00p.m. on June 19.

Be available during Exhibit Hall hours which will be open for 1-1/2 days beginning with the reception at 4:00 p.m. on June 19 and concluding at 7:30 p.m. on June 20.

Receive two luncheon tickets per booth for Wednesday, June 20.

Receive a reduced registration rate for the 2012 Vibration Training Conference of $525 (one attendee) and $800 (two attendees) and includes meeting attendance, luncheons and Proceedings.
Shipping information for your booth and materials will be sent upon receipt of your reservation of space. The Vibration Institute has reserved rooms at Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites for $124 single/$144 Suite. The room rate will be available until May 14, 2012. Please secure your reservation early and mention booking code 122343 when making your reservation.

11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m.: Luncheon - Exhibits Open
3:00 - 3:30 p.m.: Afternoon Break - Exhibits Open
6:00 - 7:30 p.m.: Networking Reception in Dogwood Room, Garden Room, and Foyer
7:30 - 10:00 p.m.: Exhibit Teardown
