The Vibration Institute’s 47th Annual Training Conference (VIATC) is THE technical conference for vibration analyst professionals featuring dozens of case studies, in-depth advanced training, and a show floor packed with the latest technology.  

Exhibiting at VIATC will provide numerous networking opportunities to interact with industry and academic attendees from around the world!

PLEASE NOTE: Expo Passes are NOT available for purchase.  

All attendees are required to have a ticket to attend all technical sessions and trade show

Our registration lists are not for sale and we do not sell our lists to third parties. If you are contacted by anyone offering a registration list, please disregard.

Exhibitor Deadlines:

Registration for Expo Booth:  July 1, 2024 - in order for your company to be listed in printed conference program.

Names/Changes of All Exhibitors Due: Monday July 15, 2024


Exhibitor Schedule:

Wednesday August 7th: 4:00pm-7:00pm

Thursday August 8th: 2:45 pm - 6:45 pm

Drawing for Prizes on Thursday 6:45 pm – 7:00 pm

Beer & Wine Reception Wednesday & Thursday 4:30pm-7:00pm


Set up starting Wednesday August 7th - 8:00am

Exhibitors must be set up no later than 1:00 on Wednesday

Expo ends at 7:00pm on Thursday

Dismantle after 7:00pm on Thursday July 27th

Exhibitors must have their booth taken down no later than 10:00pm on Thursday
