Reasons to Exhibit at VIATC 2025:
Space is limited, and we anticipate selling out as we do each year. Priority for space assignments will be based on the date of receipt of Exhibitor Registration Forms and payment. Premium booth placement is granted to Platinum Premiere Corporate Members. We will attempt to follow the preferences and special requests you note in your registration. Registration will be open until space is sold out. However, your registration must be submitted no later than July 1, 2025 for your company to be listed in the printed conference program

Registration for Expo Booth: July 1st (if you want to be included in the on-site guide)
Names/Changes of All Exhibitors Due: July 14th
Swag/Brochure Items (Sponsors Only) to be delivered to the VI office: July 16th

Wednesday, August 6th from 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursday, August 7th from 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Beer & Wine Reception - Wednesday & Thursday from 4:30pm - 7:00pm
Drawing for Prizes - Thursday at 6:45 pm during the Beer & Wine Reception.
Set up starting Wednesday at 11:00am
Expo ends at 7:00pm on Thursday
Dismantle after 7:00pm on Thursday August 7th
